Led directly by Julian, Tidal Drift supports projects from planning through to delivery, providing early technical input, construction expertise and collaborative site management throughout the build journey. We work alongside architects, self-builders, designers, design-led homeowners, campsite operators and schools to help technically demanding and bespoke projects progress smoothly from concept and planning into completed spaces.

Modular & Self-Build

Tidal Drift supports self-build and modular projects with technical construction expertise, practical consultancy and hands-on delivery. Working alongside homeowners, architects and project teams, we help with buildability, detailing, site setup, project coordination and construction delivery. The result is greater confidence, tighter cost control and reduced on-site disruption.
