How it works

Garden rooms are where premium specification meets the practical realities of working from home, running a studio, or hosting in summer.

Most of our clients want a building that holds up to year-round use: proper insulation, weather-tightness, and finishes matched to the main house, rather than a shed with electrics.

We start with the use case (studio, office, gym, treatment room, summerhouse) and work back to foundation strategy, glazing, services, and where the building sits in the wider garden.

Sizes range from compact single rooms to larger structures with WCs, kitchenettes, or mezzanines, all built to the same detailing standard.
