How it works

New builds are where everything we do comes together: structural carpentry, timber-frame construction, bespoke joinery, and architectural coordination across the full project arc.

Most of our new-build work is architect-led: we come in during the design phase to contribute on detailing, materials, and constructability, then deliver the project from groundworks through to finished interiors.

For clients without an architect, we can recommend collaborators we trust and run the early-stage coordination ourselves.

The result is a one-off home built to a specification volume housebuilders can't reach, managed by the same team end to end, with no handover gaps between trades that don't talk to each other.
